25 And Moses chose (A)excellent men out of all Israel and made them heads over the people, leaders of thousands, [a]of hundreds, [b]of fifties, and [c]of tens. 26 And they judged the people at all times; (B)the difficult matter they would bring to Moses, but every minor matter they themselves would judge. 27 Then Moses [d](C)let his father-in-law depart, and he went his way into his own land.
